Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
This is an historic and holy time to be a Catholic. We are at the threshold of the Conclave electing a new Pope and Holy Week is soon. You can follow the progress of the cardinals in the Conclave as they are led by the Holy Spirit. When the new Pope is announced, CTSA will suspend all of its local programming and provide you with continuous coverage of the historic events in the Vatican.
During Holy Week, you are invited to make a television pilgrimage to the Holy Land through our exclusive 12-part series, “Follow Me: Pilgrimage to the Holy Land.” Beginning Palm Sunday, at 8 p.m. and each evening through Holy Week, CTSA will present 2-30 minute episodes. On Holy Saturday, beginning at 12 Noon, CTSA will rebroadcast the entire “Holy Land Pilgrimage” for 6 consecutive hours.
On Good Friday, CTSA will broadcast, live, the coverage of San Fernando Cathedral’s Passion of Christ dramatization from downtown San Antonio. This annual event draws thousands to the streets of the city. It is our honor to bring this deeply moving presentation to those who cannot be part of it in person.
May God bless you at this extraordinary time.
